If a return is necessary, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Gingersplayhouse.com will inspect your return upon arrival and will order a replacement item, reimbursing your postage expense with a merchandise credit.
