Shipping Dates / Times
GingersPlayhouse.com realizes that our customers want their products shipped securely and fast! We are usually able to ship your order the next business morning, if your order is received by 4pm CST (and all billing methods are approved). There’s even a chance your order may ship the same day as ordered and approved!
We do not back-order!
On occasion, a popular product (or a certain size) may run out-of stock. Any items out-of-stock are cancelled and you will be notified of an immediate refund for those items. We can then email you when that item is back-in-stock, if you would like us to reserve that item for you! We feel that this method is better than creating a back-order, and not know if our customer would continue to want the item.
Tracking Numbers Provided (when available)
GingersPlayhouse.com always stays in touch with our customer, and provides a tracking number for your shipment (by email), so our customer can expect the shipment on a certain day. It’s very easy to click on a tracking number and find out immediately the status of your shipment! We are (of course) not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping companies (especially during rush seasons, such as Christmas!)
Insurance
Gingersplayhouse.com ships a majority of our orders the United Parcel Service (UPS). Insurance is included in the shipping charges, so that can only add to our customers peace-of-mind! Items not shipped by UPS can have insurance purchased, so please indicate this on your order, if you would like this insurance coverage.
Please Specify the Correct Shipping Address!
GingersPlayhouse.com ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. This address is sent through a computer generated shipping tool to create a shipping label. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information including apartment numbers, building numbers, dorm numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and/or any other shipping information required by the United States Postal Service, UPS, and/or FedEx to deliver packages.
GingersPlayhouse.com is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a shipment. If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned by the shipper, a refund will be issued (based on the payment method), less a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.
